Notes
Bob Gatje showed many of these images at a Reunion in 2015, and they also appear in his memoir. These particular copies came from a digital slide show I helped him project for his talk. DEC 5/2017. The first ascent credit comes from A Climber's Guide to the High Sierra, Sierra Club, 1965. Another listed first ascent by early Deep Springers is Mt. Winchell, 13,768, by Harvey Mansfield DS21, John Newell DS20, and Windsor Putnam DS20, on June 10, 1923.
