Title

Lida Summit

Subject

Rainy day photos from Lida Summit, elevation 7400 feet

Description

Traveling towards Deep Springs from the east, Lida Summit is the first place the Sierra crest is visible. This trip was in stormy weather, and the clouds were dramatic. The picture of the pinyon/juniper vegetation is unremarkable, but if you have been around desert plants in damp weather, you can imagine how fragrant this was.
