Note presence of gravity flow irrigation channels running across the alfalfa fields (known as 'checks'). Total acreage at this time is approximately 140 acres. These fields remain intact as of 2017, with addition of 15 acres north of main fields.

Outhouse on main building porch, unidentified

Ken Odell DS61, in basement of main building, presumably. It was often necessary to 'acidize' the radiator plumbing in the building to reduce calcification and keep hot water flowing through the pipes.
